FAQ

What happens next?

After you submit your request (see Contact form), I will be in touch to confirm availability. At that time, you will receive:

1) a Waiver via SMS text that must be completed (first booking only)

2) a billing request to be submitted by e-transfer

Once those have been completed/submitted, you will receive confirmation of your booking.

Clients wishing to book regular weekly services must undergo an initial assessment walk and may then book with me directly. Regular weekly clients are billed in advance of each week. 

Your attendance

I ask that Dog Owners are in attendance for introductions at our initial appointment since this tends to set all parties up for success. Most walks and care visits thereafter do not require owners to be present. Clients booking Puppy Essentials Training should try to make themselves available for some of those sessions.

Scheduling Changes

​Scheduling changes can sometimes be accommodated, however, this is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the provider. In the event that a client's scheduling change cannot be accommodated, no refunds will be issued. ​

Statutory Holidays

There is a $20 surcharge for appointments booked on stat holidays.

Safety

I take great care to ensure that your pet's comfort and safety are a priority. Rest assured that my Professional Certification, Training, and Insurance are in place for these reasons.
