K-9 Concierge offers short-term, custom visits at your hotel, home, or office. I provide personalized attention and informed care to ensure your furry companions are in safe hands while you're away. This tailored approach prioritizes the individual needs of each dog and provides peace of mind for dog owners, knowing their pets are well-cared for.
With 15+ years of experience in the field and a long-time dog owner myself, I'm well versed in the needs of canines and pet parents. I am Certified as a Dog Trainer and Behaviour Counsellor by the San Francisco Academy for Dog Trainers, and hold a Masters degree in Counselling (for humans). I have fostered and adopted multiple dogs, consulted with local rescue organizations, volunteered as a pet therapy team, and received training in pet first aid. I am committed to enriching the lives of our companion animals and the people who love them.

Services
Services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual dog. I provide attentive care, tailored to suit your dog based on their activity levels, enrichment needs, temperament, and developmental life stage. Clients choose their preferred amount of care time and we discuss how they would like their dog to spend that time. Depending on the client and their suitability, activities might include walking, hiking, swimming, feeding, resting, playing, car rides, social opportunities, and, of course, TLC.

Puppy Essentials Training Visit
(8 weeks - 6 months)
$125 (1 hour)
With the guidance and expertise of a Certified Trainer, your puppy will get the chance to develop important skills and grow their confidence during this crucial developmental period. Training visits prioritize the fundamentals: healthy socialization opportunities, basic training, and proactive problem-prevention.
FAQ
What happens next?
After you submit your care request (see form below), I will be in touch to confirm availability. At that time, you will receive:
1) a Waiver via SMS text that must be completed
2) a billing request to be submitted by e-transfer
Once those have been completed/submitted, you will receive confirmation of your booking.
Scheduling Changes
Scheduling changes can sometimes be accommodated, however, this is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the provider. In the event that a scheduling change cannot be accommodated, no refunds will be issued.
Your Attendance
I ask that Dog Owners are in attendance for introductions at our initial appointment since this tends to set all parties up for success. Most care visits thereafter do not require owners to be present.
Service Area
Service area includes Vancouver's North Shore, Downtown, and Fort Langley. Bookings outside of those areas are subject to an additional surcharge.
Statutory Holidays
There is a $20 surcharge for care visits booked on statutory holidays.
Special Events / On-Location Services
Clients seeking extended day services or bookings on location (outside of service area) can contact me to discuss their needs.
Safety
I take great care to ensure that your pet's comfort and safety are a priority when undertaking care visits. Rest assured that certification, licensing, and insurance are in place for these reasons.
