K-9 Concierge is a boutique dog care service for those who want high quality care that combines dog-training, dog-walking, and enrichment activities to enhance your dog's well-being and support your training goals.​​ The vast majority of dogs benefit from care that is insightful, personalized, and playful. My training philosophy centres around teaching dogs how to be good citizens in a human world, and helping their humans become effective partners.
I believe that choosing high-calibre care is especially important for the first year of your dog's life, since this is a formative time in their development, when we create the foundation for their future. As a dog training professional and a one-person business, your dog develops a relationship with me and you can trust that they are receiving knowledgeable guidance from someone with years of experience providing skilled, informed, and connected care.

My Background
I am Certified as a Dog Trainer and Behaviour Counsellor by the San Francisco Academy for Dog Trainers, and hold a Masters degree in Counselling (for humans). In addition to providing in-home dog training, I have taught a variety of group training classes, fostered and adopted multiple dogs, consulted with local rescue organizations, volunteered as a pet therapy team, and received training in pet first aid. With 15+ years of experience in the field and a long-time dog owner myself, I'm well versed in the needs of canines and pet parents. I'm proud to volunteer my time with Elderdog Canada and am committed to enriching the lives of our companion animals and the people who love them.
